Case Noting-A Basic Refresher Course on Guidelines to Follow This presentation will review the importance and necessity of writing good quality case notes when documenting the care management activity provided to and on behalf of a participant. An overview of the basic elements and information that should be included in each case note will be provided. The training will consist of lecture as well as examples to illustrate the points made.
