Making a Difference: Diabetes Care in Wisconsin 2009 This webcast explores how the Wisconsin Diabetes Mellitus Essential Care Guidelines have influenced care in Wisconsin. New updates and helpful tools in the Guidelines will be presented, and ways to optimize the implementation and utilization of the updated Guidelines will be discussed by a panel of experts, which includes endocrinologists, nurses and certified diabetes educators, a primary care physician, dietitian, and podiatrist.
